Big Doggy got into the rap game in his teenage years with childhood friend Chinthy in their hometown Negombo.In 2010, Big Doggy released Sri Lanka’s first tripled CD album, ‘Dam Pata Handawe’ together with Slacker Productions under the Maharaja Entertainment label. The singles “Hirakari” and “Manalola” from this album were instant hits on local radio and TV stations, establishing Big Doggy’s career as one of Sri Lanka’s leading Hip-Hop artists.
Big Doggy is currently working on his next studio album, ‘Rap Sellama’.
